OPEN-SOURCE NOTICE

Open-source and AGPL notices

WhiteLabel uses open-source software. This notice identifies the primary platform and separates open-source license rights from WhiteLabel implementation and managed-service work.

Last updated: July 14, 2026

Plane Community Edition

The audited reference deployment is based on Plane Community Edition v1.3.1. Plane Community source is distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3 (AGPL-3.0). Plane and related marks belong to their respective owners.

What WhiteLabel charges for

WhiteLabel fees cover separately scoped implementation, branding, configuration, migration, hosting, operations, support, and custom service work. Paying for those services does not remove or replace rights granted by the licenses that govern covered open-source code.

Corresponding source

Network users can obtain the versioned corresponding source for the audited reference deployment from the public source-code page. The archive includes the exact Plane Community v1.3.1 source, covered modification source, build notes, the AGPL license, and checksums.

The source archive excludes credentials, customer data, private keys, operational secrets, and materials not governed by the AGPL.

Website design and third-party assets

Open-source software licenses do not automatically grant rights to third-party trademarks, marketing copy, photographs, or website design assets. Plane Software, Inc. separately authorized One Smart Sheep LLC to publish, host, modify, and rebrand the approved website materials at whitelabel.com.pk for public production, commercial promotion, and paid advertising effective July 14, 2026.
